IMPACT OF COVID IN 2022?
We hope you are all keeping safe during these unprecedented times. Unfortunately the pandemic is still affecting some of our collections and delivery times. During this time some of our T-Shirts and Crop top ranges are temporarily unavailable and have been removed from the website until further notice. Please make sure when purchasing our tees and hoodies that you select the colour T-Shirt or hoodie you want and the correct size prior to purchase.
What type of shirts do you use?
Your typical 100% cotton t-shirt. Pre-shrunk to make sure your size is maintained throughout several washings, and classic fit. Our hoodies typically are Flex Fleece (50% Polyester / 50% Cotton Fleece).
When will my order arrive?
During the pandemic our delivery times have changed and may take a few weeks as opposed to the usual 7-21 days.
Depending on what you have ordered your order will be shipped from either our USA (Charlotte, NC), UK (Wolverhampton) or European (Riga, Latvia) warehouse.
You will be advised when you make your payment. However, please allow from as little as 7 days or less, up to 21 days/ 3 weeks for your delivery.
What are the delivery/shipping costs?
Delivery costs will be free on most items, however if there are any additional shipping costs. These will be advised during the checkout process but will vary starting from around £4.95/ $6.50/ AUD $ 9 upwards.
What happens to non-deliverable / refused and unclaimed orders?
If any order is returned, refused or unclaimed by the customer due to customer refusal, negligence or absence, or the provision of incorrect shipping information we shall attempt to contact you. However we reserve the right to recharge all shipping costs to enable us to resend the order.
I want different wording on my shirts?
We're always looking for our next shirt ideas, if you want to see a specific word or sentence or have a good shirt idea, send us your ideas and we will see if they can be added.
There's a shirt I really like, but can I change...?
If you fall in love with a shirt but wish it was blue, or a sweatshirt, send us a message to email@example.com and we will let you know if we can accommodate you.

My shirt doesn't fit how I like. Can I return it?
Depending on which item of clothing you order from our range, they can be shipped from either the USA or Europe. Before making any returns, please email us first at firstname.lastname@example.org .
In your email, state the issue with your item of clothing, and we will then guide you on the next steps. Ensure you notify us by email within 2 weeks of receiving your item.
If you notice an issue on the clothing or anything else on the order, please email our team at email@example.com and they will guide you with the next steps.
I have received the wrong item, what do i do?
Every effort is made to dispatch your order correctly and promptly, unfortunately, occasionally errors can occur. If the item you receive is not what's detailed on your order, please email firstname.lastname@example.org, quoting your name, address, contact and order details.
Reasons for Returns
Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to us. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment.
Notification for EU consumers: According to Article 16(c) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for the supply of goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized, therefore Cheekiemunkie reserves rights to refuse returns at its sole discretion.
Please note: We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse. However, any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 2 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 2 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
Do I have to pay customs fees?
Shipments outside of the USA may incur customs fees, depending on destination country. The fee may vary depending on your order value, country limits, and other factors, this fee is your responsibility.
